Aerodyne used to have them in the support section of their website. I'm not sure if they still do.

Edit to add: They still do.

Appriciate everyones help, had the line set change prior to measuring the old line set to check to see if there might be any difference between the old and new.

When the chute was returned to me, the lines seems to be several inches longer because it set much lower on my shoulder than I remembered. I also began having very hard openings when I jumped it and on the 20th jump the opening was so hard it cracked two of my ribs and left my skin raw around where the harness fits to the body.

I'm having a rigger confirm the line set to the data you've provided. Thanks for you help

I had some god awful opennings when I first got my hornet 170. I still have a messed up neck and crooked finger (where I jammed it into myself) from hard openings. I started psycho packing, rolling the nose a lot. Now my opennings are slow and pleasant most jumps. I'm still not sure why this canopy changed from being pure awful to nice....

I had the opposite with the Hornet 190. When I entered the sport 3 years ago and after student training I purchased a new rig with a used Hornet 190 main.

240 plus jumps with it, with no problems, very nice snivels and soft openings. When I replaced the line set, very hard openings until the 20th jump on the new line set that whacked me.

I have a friend that I worked with at NASA (Master Rigger) look it over the other day to compare the lines with the Trim data provided. The A-B / B-C / C-D are all within spec except 1/8 inch difference on lines 1-10, and about 1/4" difference on 2 & 9 and 3-8 on the money. The small differences are within tolerance however the Brakes were 2.50 inches above D for full flight (4") is the spec. length and 2.50 inches below C with brakes set (4") is the spec. lenght.

I don't know if you can contribute the constaint hard openings to the brake lines as they are currently configured. I never done a psycho pack before and If I were to try that is there any added concern for malfunctions over and above a Pro Pack?

whats the difference between a pro pack and a psycho?

They are about the same pack job. In a psycho-pack the canopy is more or less rolled up to go in the bag. "For me"....it is easier to get the air out, and I can get it into the bag neatly......
