gitRdone 0 #1 January 12, 2009 I am looking for a skydive graphic as a starting point for a custom seat I am having made for a motorcycle. Something like a silhouette of a skydiver under canopy, or 4-way. Anybody got a good graphic I can start with, I have been looking at some t-shirts but haven't found anything I really like yet... VTmotoMike08 0 #3 January 12, 2009 Trying calling up your local T-shirt shop and asking what the artist's hourly rate is. They can make pretty much anything and I bet its cheaper that what the bike shop would charge you. I have had some pretty complicated designs made for T-shirts and it has never taken the artist more than an hour, which ran about $35/ hr in my area. pilotdave 0 #6 January 14, 2009 Quote http://www.velocitysportswear.com/decals2.html Holy crap, nice find! That first decal of the head down skydiver is my design. They totally stole it from me. I have all the original files, including the image I used to create it. I pulled it into photoshop and compared it to my design and it matches up 100%. And I know they didn't just happen to use the same original image as I did since I modified the shape of the skydiver's head and one of his hands. http://www.velocitysportswear.com/head-down-decal1.html Attached is my design as I used it on a T-shirt, which is still available for sale. I believe that the sale of this decal by Velocity Sportswear is impacting t-shirt sales! So how many bajillions should I sue for??? Dave
gitRdone 0 #7 January 14, 2009 Thanks to all for the help, this will give the artist a good start at a custom seat design... I'll post it when complete.
