EmmaK 0 #1 March 29, 2010 Hi All I'm new to DZ.com and also new to Skydiving. I did my first static line jump on Saturday and now I'M HOOKED!!! I'm living in Ireland so as you can imagine not the ideal weather conditions. Can anyone give me the name of a good or the best website for keeping an eye on the weather and especially the wind forecast, one that will forecast up to a week in advance? I know no forecast is exact as the winds are always changing but I'd like to keep an eye on them so that i can get back up there as soon as possible Thanks!"If you jumped with no chute now you'd hit the ground in twenty seconds"

remibond 0 #3 March 29, 2010 If you're jumping in Ireland you may just wanna use http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/. I'm up in the north for now and they rarely get it wrong. Failing that the BBC website is pretty good too. Which DZ are you at?
