safire190 0 #1 July 25, 2010 Riggers; I have a Talon 2 T6. I have a Raven 181 reserve, however I dont have the original reserve D-bag. I do however, have a reserve D-bag for a Dolphin container and wondered if D-bags can be interchanged. It looks just like the Talon D-bag and didnt know if can be used in a Talon container. Reserve freebags are specific to the CONTAINER. Asking Precision Aerodynamics (aka "the Raven factory") would be worse than a waste of time, because they will just refer you to the container manufacturer. Refer to PIA Technical Standard 102. Now for future reference, its a very good thing in skydiving to ask questions and learn about your gear, even if you have 100s or 1000s of jumps, but concentrate on asking questions of your local rigger or contacting your gear mfgr and not so much on taking advice from folks on the Internet... except of course, for the entertainment factor on dropzone.com.
