Contacting them hasn't done a damn thing and they even had the balls to tell the DZO that he was waiting on ME to send me something that I asked for MONTHS ago! I need the data2.hdr file, if anyone has it. The video is useless, we had Ward out here to install it, and his instructions were 'read the manual' when that failed because it didn't work, he said he had no clue. IanHarrop 42 #4 March 4, 2013 Watching the video was entertaining.... he runs into a variety of errors messages to which the solution is always "just click through this" I know that doing tutorial videos is a pain and takes a lot of time and effort to do well.
