skyclown 0 #1 December 26, 2005 All, Merry christmas etc! I've been trying to find a series of articles written some time ago by Bryan Burke, the S&TA and Skydive Airzona. I can't seem to find them - the bookmark I had points to a 404 error. Two questions: a) does anyone have a copy of Bryan's articles? As many as possible appreciated, but particularly the ones about exit order. b) is Bryan still acvtive in the sport? Any info appreciated. Cheers Ollie Neuberger

LouDiamond 1 #4 December 26, 2005 Quoteb) is Bryan still acvtive in the sport? That one gave me a good laugh. Yes, Bryan is still in the sport. If you cannot find his articles or wish to talk to him, a call to Skydive Arizona would do the trick."It's just skydiving..additional drama is not required" Some people dream about flying, I live my dream SKYMONKEY PUBLISHING
NWFlyer 2 #5 December 26, 2005 Quoteb) is Bryan still acvtive in the sport? He's even got a verb named after him. Ask anyone who's jumped at Skydive Arizona (or from one of their aircraft when they're being leased out to a boogie) what it means to be Burked. piisfish 140 #6 December 26, 2005 I jumped for a couple of days without being burked.... Seen DZ.commers being burked though scissors beat paper, paper beat rock, rock beat wingsuit - KarlM
NWFlyer 2 #7 December 26, 2005 QuoteI jumped for a couple of days without being burked.... Seen DZ.commers being burked though I haven't been Burked yet either in 5 days at LP and 2 days at Eloy, but I know enough about it to know that 1) it's a good thing for focusing people on safety and 2) I really don't want to be Burked. Amazon 7 #8 December 27, 2005 I have jumped there a lot and have yet to get a Burking.... BUT then again we have chatted for many hours about jumping.. I suggest gathering around and just listening when Bryan is over at the Bent Prop.
azureriders 0 #9 December 27, 2005 Does anyone have his email address? it is not listed on eloy's site
bbarnhouse 0 #10 December 27, 2005 QuoteDoes anyone have his email address? it is not listed on eloy's site Well there is a reason for that. Simply stated Bryan only works for Skydive Arizona during large events. Otherwise he is out roaming the desert, floating down some river or enjoying himself in some far off tropical place. If someone wants his email...shoot me a PM. skr 1 #11 January 9, 2006 > articles written some time ago by Bryan Burke I put some related to exit order and separation down near the bottom of http://indra.net/~bdaniels/ftw/index.html and there used to be some other stuff by him on the Eloy website. He is a careful thinker and I always listen to what he has to say. Skr
