GOP Talking Points The cruder the better

Recommended Posts

When trump goes off script what is really on his mind comes out. "CNN’s Jake Tapper asked Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) on Sunday to explain former President Trump’s ribald rally remarks about Arnold Palmer’s genitalia.

At a Saturday campaign event in Palmer’s Pennsylvania hometown, Trump praised the golfer and said, with “all due respect to women,” Palmer was a man “that was all man.”

“When he took the showers with other pros, they came out of there. They said, ‘Oh my God. That’s unbelievable,’” Trump said. “I had to say. We have women that are highly sophisticated here, but they used to look at Arnold as a man.”

Tapper asked Johnson on Sunday’s “State of the Union” if that is the message that Trump wants to share with voters with just days remaining before Election Day.

Johnson largely avoided the question until he was pressed by the anchor on Trump’s acuity and asked why Trump was talking about Palmer’s genitalia in front of Pennsylvania voters.

“Jake, you seem to like that line a lot,” Johnson said.

Tapper interjected, saying, “I don’t want to be talking about this, right? Donald Trump is out there saying it.”

This also goes to trump's indignant rants when jokes make the rounds about trump's small hands and small feet. I guess for GOP women this is important and for GOP men the ultimate in masculinity. For trump what the golf pros talk about isn't golf but how big  and "unbelievable"a "man" is.

Palmer died in 2016 and was 'appalled" about how "crude" trump was. "His daughter told The Sporting News in 2018 that the golf legend, a conservative who was friendly with Dwight D. Eisenhower, was so incensed by what he saw as Trump’s lack of civility that he made noises of disgust when Trump appeared on the television."

Hi Phil,

Think he will institute Pecker Measuring Contests if he gets back into office?

I wonder how Trump would do.

He is a real man in his mind only.  As most 'real men' are.

PS)  Just how in the hell does anyone who professes to be a Christian support this dufus?

I do believe that Stormy Daniels answered that question.

When I first heard this, I laughed quite long and hard.

This is what Trump has become.

From almost 40 minutes of "Dance Party" to admiring how large Arnold Palmer's junk was.

Since Trump isn’t a pro and knows what goes on in the showers, I wonder how many hidden cameras are in his golf facilities?
