Prior to the influx of Vietnamese and Mexican immigration. "Fair" elections are a cancer on America because liberals, welfare recipients and illegals plug the voteing machines with worthless votes. What republicans are is a group of people who see democracy and the constitution as pieces of paper. To be used for political purpose not ideals.
