I wouldn't be any more interested in getting stuck with that task than she seems to be, so she can have a pass on complaining about it, as well as the Rose Garden renovation. If the first lady doesn't want to do the decorations, she shouldn't have to. Let her assign it to someone who loves to do that and move on people.
