Phil1111 1,183 #1 Posted May 4, 2020 The 2020 Pulitzer Prize winners were announced Monday, with the New York Times walking away with three awards, the most of any publication. The award ceremony is usually held at Columbia University in New York City, but was held this year from the living room of Pulitzer administrator Dana Canedy and live-streamed on YouTube. The Times won awards in three categories: investigative reporting, commentary and international reporting. Meanwhile his base looks for reporting thats not "mainstream". Lies, FOX, etc that fits their messaging needs, translate: what and how to think.

I don't think a self-congratulatory "prize" is anything to rely upon. https://www.answers.com/Q/What_story_won_the_Pulitzer_Prize_and_was_proven_to_be_fake https://townhall.com/tipsheet/bethbaumann/2019/03/25/flashback-remember-when-wapo-nyt-won-pulitzer-prizes-for-their-deeply-sourced-n2543726

Except the reporter at least had the good grace to admit it when she was exposed. More seriously though, that link itself says that after substantive concerns were raised the Post themselves investigated, found the story to be false, made that public and returned the award. Similar to Jayson Blair and the NYT. They investigated him internally, they found out he had been fabricating stories and they published a front page story laying everything bare. What those affairs ultimately show is that, regardless of falling prey to rogue individuals a couple of times over the last half century, to both of those institutions journalistic integrity is their number one priority. More important than prizes and more important than avoiding public embarrasment. 1 hour ago, markharju said: https://townhall.com/tipsheet/bethbaumann/2019/03/25/flashback-remember-when-wapo-nyt-won-pulitzer-prizes-for-their-deeply-sourced-n2543726 Unlike these guys. The Mueller report completely exonerated Trump? That article is fake news.

The Project on Excellence in Journalism report in 2006 showed that 68 percent of Fox News Channel cable stories contained personal opinions, as compared to MSNBC at 27 percent and CNN at 4 percent. The "content analysis" portion of their 2005 report also concluded that "Fox (Fox News) was measurably more one-sided than the other networks, and Fox News Channel journalists were more opinionated on the air."[46] Old white republicans and trump supporters are FOX viewers "Americans ages 65 and older account for around four-in-ten of those who say their main source is Fox News (37%), compared with 21% of all adults, according to the November survey. And around nine-in-ten who turn to Fox News (87%) identify their race and ethnicity as non-Hispanic white, compared with 65% of all adults" These are the most and least biased news outlets in the US, according to Americans

I figured you were able to understand that I was asking about when Markharju posted what inspired you to type: "Sounds just like when you claimed there weren't any churches left in Edinburgh." It isn't my problem hat you don't make yourself understood properly. That falls on you. It would be easier if you just linked the post.

Which is why in the other thread you're blaming Bigun for failed sarcasm, and not blaming other people for responding to something you claim he didn't mean? See, this is the kind of twisting in the wind that means no-one trusts you. This is the kind of situational flip-flop that makes people accuse you of trolling all the time. Quote It would be easier if you just linked the post. It wouldn't make things easier for me. I'm not at all bothered that you, a proven goldfish, can't remember the details of an exchange from a few days ago. But hey, since you asked so nicely, here you go.
