Your are finally speaking like a free market capitalist. On a side note, I am into real estate (owning not selling) and my wife, a journalism major, is now the VP of marketing and communications for a billion dollar drug research and manufacturing company and we are making WAY more than the typical "good engineer" so it might be wise not to disparage lines of work you do not understand.
