Changes in Congresscritter net worth I looked at the absolute top one (annualized increase of 74000%), because it was so astounding. However, she did marry a hedge fund manager in 2011... That would make a different in anyone's net worth. We can parse a lot of these; real estate price increase for long-owned properties will make a different for anyone in a hot market (California, NYC, Boston, etc). Marriages and inheritances for others. And being in the right place (Congress) at the right time (vote) is probably the case for entirely too many. Wendy P.
