You are forgetting the DPRK (North Korea).

Sucks up to KJU, calls him all sorts of nice things ("murderous despot" not being one of them), pretends to negotiate, gives KJU several concessions for nothing in return, walks out on negotiations, says more nice things & cancels US/ROK joint exercises. 
When the next exercises happened, KJU launched several missiles.

 

He claims that KJU sent a letter of apology (highly unlikely from that culture), and that the recent missile tests are not a problem because the missiles were 'only short range'. The fact that those missiles can reach both South Korea & Japan (where there are tens of thousands of US troops) doesn't seem to matter to him.

So he's basically throwing Japan and the ROK under the bus.

The cancellation was a rare snub of Denmark’s head of state, Queen Margrethe II, who had extended the invitation to the president and would have hosted him and the first lady.

News that Mr. Trump is not coming “came as a surprise,” the Royal House’s communications director told the state broadcaster, adding, “That’s all we have to say about that.”

Others, however, had more to say. “Is this some sort of joke?” Helle Thorning-Schmidt, a former prime minister, wrote on Twitter. “Deeply insulting to the people of Greenland and Denmark.”

Trump surprised Pakistan and India when he said that he would like to mediate between the 2 countries and that his offer was based on a request from prime minister Modi. Trump’s comments came in the presence of Pakistan’s prime minister Khan who was on a visit to Washington

New Delhi insisted President Modi had made no such request 

 

President Trump said Monday that he wasn't surprised when French President Emmanuel Macron invited Iran's Foreign Minister Javad Zarif to visit the G-7 summit in Biarritz, France. Macron invited Zarif, who was recently sanctioned by the Trump administration, in a bid to open talks aimed at lowering tensions between the West and the Islamic Republic.Mr. Trump said he did not want to get into when Macron talked to him about Zarif. Great. Such a hero. Quit in protest and immediately went right on TV explaining how dangerous Trump is to our nation. Not like some schmuck who waited for a book deal and 8 months later starts tickling the news market with excerpts hoping to make big bucks off the mess.
