That was close! Trump was pushing hard for opening off-shore drilling, but fortunately realized at the last minute that it might detract from his views at Mar-A-Lago. So now Florida is exempt. Thank God that Trump realized that before he did himself any harm.

So passing a law that harms a lot of people, but exempting yourself from any harmful consequence via a loophole, isn't "right or wrong."
