wolfriverjoe 1,523 #26 April 17, 2018 wmw999I'm actually a little uncomfortable with all this naming of legal clients in open court. Seems like a huge invasion of privacy to me. That would apply regardless of the person being invaded. Wendy P. Well, under normal circumstances, I would agree. But this whole situation is far, far from normal. Sitting Pres, bad (potentially) NDA and payoff, campaign finance violations, actions by an attorney who denies acting as the attorney, turns out there's another payoff/NDA, and on and on. I don't think Judge Wood is doing this on a whim. I think she knows full well the appeal potential of any mistake. wolfriverjoe 1,523 #28 April 17, 2018 DanGI'm waiting for the unhinged tweets and surrogate character assassination about how she's a Obama deep state plant and should be impeached. BAD! Don't hold your breath. First, I'll bet pretty big that Cohen has enough info on Trump to have some sort of control over him. Cohen has been Trump's "Fixer" for a while now. Second, Cohen knows he's in serious trouble. He also knows that anything Trump might say would not be helpful. Add one and two and the chances that Cohen is one of a very few people with the ability to tell Trump to STFU and make it stick are pretty high. The fact that Trump has been silent on it for this long is very telling."There are NO situations which do not call for a French Maid outfit." So Cohen must just be making this up, and no one's privacy has been invaded."There are only three things of value: younger women, faster airplanes, and bigger crocodiles" - Arthur Jones. Phil1111 1,176 #33 April 23, 2018 Sean Hannity linked to shell companies that spent $90M on property: report ... Secretary Ben Carson’s department recently increased Hannity’s original $17.9 million mortgage for purchases in Georgia by an additional $5 million, records obtained by the Guardian show. Hannity did not disclose his cooperation with HUD when he had Carson on his show last June, the Guardian noted.... Hannity also never disclosed that he was also a client of President Trump's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, during any of his segments complaining about the FBI investigation into Cohen. ... The shell companies are registered to the offices of Henssler Financial, a wealth management firm. Hannity has had one of the firm’s principals, Bill Lako, appear on his radio show. Hannity did disclose that he was Henssler’s client and joked that the company took him on as a “charity case.”... The host, however, has criticized former President Obama in the past for the rate of US foreclosures, saying in 2016 there were “millions more Americans suffering under this president.” Several of Hannity’s properties were bought at a discount after their previous owners defaulted on their mortgages in 2013, the Guardian reported." http://thehill.com/homenews/media/384366-sean-hannity-linked-to-shell-companies-that-have-spent-90m-on-property-report
