At the end of the speech there was an applause of about 50 people. Absolutely embarrassing for whoever it was. I think McCain is a good guy regardless of some of his past decisions like running mates and whatnot. I disagree with the Post's analysis of the speech. I think it was carefully worded so McCain could still have some deniability about it. That it would still be acceptable and explainable to his farther right R colleagues. I wish it had a direct denunciation of the Trump administration.
