quade 4 #2 February 16, 2017 When a part of government is doing things expressly forbidden by its Constitution, I believe it's entirely appropriate. That person has to be aware of the potential consequences and there are people who have attempted to leak frivolously or maliciously against the interests of the Constitution, but those who act in favor of the Constitution, I have no issue with whatsoever.
