In particular, the second paragraph. Quote While the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) does not dispute the CIA's analysis of Russian hacking operations, it has not endorsed their assessment because of a lack of conclusive evidence that Moscow intended to boost Trump over Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton, said the officials, who declined to be named. They're in agreement that Russia hacked it -- fact. They haven't agreed on what Russia's intentions might have been in doing so. Whether the intention was to simply destroy Clinton or to put Trump in office is sort of moot since doing one ensures the other.quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver

And in the end it makes little difference because the info leaked was FACT!! The only one who tried to say the info was manipulated was Brazil and her helping Hillary cheat during the debates. The rest have not been denied! Hillary her campaign manager did it to themselves. Did Russia sway the election? Not in my estimate. The Dems and Hillary did it to themselves. wmw999 2,589 #410 December 29, 2016 Sounds like they wanted to mess things up, and show that the US doesn't work all that well. If it elects someone who is more sympathetic to Prince Vlad, all the better, but the main purpose is to sow discontent. Just as some people can only feel good about themselves if they can know exactly who they're better than (and pushing them down is a perfectly acceptable way to know who that is), the same is true about countries, which are, after all, made up of people. It's a mighty weak person who has to know to whom they're superior. It doesn't matter; you are who you are. Wendy P.There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. In the end it does not matter who got the info, how they got it and how it was passed on. That happened. We all know that. The claim is the Russian swayed the election. Bull shit. Hillary and Podesta did it to themselves. THAT IS A FACT! By being liars, conspiring with the media, cheating during debates, talking down to women, the LGBT community, minorities and on and on. (from DNC emails) Which goes to show you that when the Dems call R's bigots and worse they are just projecting. THIS is what got Hillary beat. It's the equivalent to an old school cold war slap on the wrist. Ejecting "diplomats" (which, let's face it tend to be the government's "official cover" spies and handlers, and this is true pretty much no matter what country you're talking about) for getting caught at bad actions, is an old tradition. Pretty much every country expects that. I was hoping for something with a bit more teeth in it, but this is perhaps as far as they can go publicly.quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver
