There is still a chance

From the Washington Post

"Should the FBI find, however, that she either intentionally compromised classified material or was negligent in her handling of classified material, it will be compelled to refer the case for prosecution. At that point it may make no difference politically if the Justice Department proceeds or not (although career Justice Department officials would be wary about the perception of covering up or ignoring evidence of a crime). The finding by the FBI that there is the basis for prosecution in and of itself would make her candidacy problematic in the extreme. (Would President Obama pardon her? What would happen if she were elected and then indicted?)"

Anything less than a full-throated exoneration will diminish her candidacy. Don't you think?

not with this voting public

I think where Hillary is concerned, people have already picked their positions and new facts, old facts, facts of any kind, indictment, possibly even jail time, or a 'full-throated exoneration' won't make a bit of difference.

(that's for her supporters and for those against her)
maybe this is fine, since any 'news' that comes out on any of the crowd in the next 6 months will just be spin anyway

I think the only thing that might gain her the 7 voters in the entire country that haven't decided on her would be,,,, maybe,,,,very publicly......is if she just walks straight up to the Donald and kicks him square in the nuts.....ditto if she kicks Bill in the nuts. (though with the Clintons, they might just make the second happen if it would buy a vote)

this would sway MY vote - and I consider her to be a despicable half human

How do you think it will change the dynamic in the primary. She may loose even more support to Sanders, who looks like he might sweep six states in a row after today.

I think if Hillary gains support by kicking Donald or Bill in the nuts, all the other candidates will quickly find Donald and Bill and also kick them in the nuts.......provided that polls well in the sticks (or "Styx" - if you want to be wry and clever)

Edit for the less subtle people - you don't know who your are: The wry and clever point is I'd be insinuating that the polling public is already enroute to Hell. (patting myself on the back here)

Personally, I think the people who are all hung up on Benghazi wouldn't vote for Hillary if Adolf Hitler were her opponent. If she is actually tried and convicted that would make a difference to many of the people who can't stomach either Cruz or Trump. But in either case, many people who had their opinions changed would be more likely not to vote at all than to change their vote.

Hey! The Mafia runs its empires from prison; why couldn't Hillary? ;)

What crime does she stand convicted of that merits a Presidential Pardon? A pardon for the future if she is eventually indicted and subsequently convicted?

I thought one had to have been convicted of some crime before petitioning for a Presidential Pardon. Then again, stranger things have happened. Silly me.

Nope. A pardon so she won't be indicted or convicted.

Probably because you don't know your own history. See (again) Ford/Nixon.

Benghazi and her email scandal are two different issues. The FBI did not allocate 147 agents to infestigate Benghazi.
Don't think Hillary v Hitler think Hillary v Bernie.

This just in Bernie just blew out Hillary in WI. Two weeks of a negitive narrative for Clinton going into the state of Sanders birth...... Stay tuned!
