jakee 1,595 #756 April 14, 2016 rushmc***In what way? I did not see any battery in the video. How about you? In the precise definition of the Florida law, yeah. That the police / DA decided it wasn't worth continuing with a prosecution is another matter, and one that no-one here was ever that bothered about. That the video shows him doing exactly what he was accused of doing is also another matter. That the video proves that he lied about it continuously and is still lying now, and that the Trump campaign is still supporting him in his lies is yet another matter.Do you want to have an ideagasm? jakee 1,595 #757 April 14, 2016 QuoteOf course it matters. Why? QuoteI guess they DID do it for no reason. No, the reason for the reaction was the lies. The blatant, in your face, flying in the face of reality, unbelievable in their sheer brazenness, lies. Of course, since the mere glimpse of Trump's fake hair do causes you to have a crisis in your downstairs department I have no doubt you will continue to ignore that fact.Do you want to have an ideagasm? normiss 897 #759 April 14, 2016 Well, she said she would accept an apology, but never heard back from the state. Interesting. Trump said he would love to have fired the guy, but he didn't want to be PC. Stoopid laws.

normiss 897 #764 April 14, 2016 Right next to Drumpf, no "pen bomb" in her hand at that point. Simple battery proof. Habitual bully behavior proof as well. Basically, a misdemeanor battery with no injuries, dismissed like they are all the time. Unless the victim doesn't push it anyway. Which appears to be the case here. I'm curious which model of new car she'll have soon.

jakee 1,595 #768 April 15, 2016 rushmc Funny Every one has seen the same videos Right, and everyone agrees that it shows him doing exactly what the reporter accused him of doing, and exactly what he denied and lied about. Quoteand it is being dropped How the hell can that be when YOU know damned well he is guilty as hell??? Because whether or not his actions warranted criminal prosecution is a totally different issue than whether or not his actions happened. I don't know how many more times I can explain that for you, because by now you really should get it. It cannot be dumbed down any further for you.Do you want to have an ideagasm? rehmwa 2 #774 April 15, 2016 So what is this? about 25 straight posts of people pissing about how they view an innocuous action vs their definitions of what "guilty" means to themselves just to say 'gotcha' to each other. 1 - reporter budged in through security - security doesn't do their job quickly enough 2 - some guy physically moves her aside (I'm not sure that's the definition of guilty, but he did touch her in a fashion that wouldn't even register during a sale at the mall) 3 - she's an attention hound and, also, media whores in general and the opposing party, want to make some kind of press so they blow it way up - nuisance charges come into play 4 - Rush can't admit he did lay hands on her 5 - everyone else wants to equate the legal term guilty to mean contact and they ignore that charges aren't filed 6 - everyone ignores the other guy's intent because it might look bad or if they do we'd all claim victory and run in circles hugging ourselves.
