BartsDaddy 7 #51 February 27, 2016 You would be wrong on that Bill. There is a 1000 foot gun free zone around schools. There are a couple exemptions. But if you have a gun in your car in the trunk or your glove box or seat of your car even if unloaded. You are in violation of the law. If you have a CCW or have it in a locked case you are fine. But they have that opportunity In till a court decides other wise. They own the property. I don't think any owner would enforce a no dust rule. A no weapon rule, while I would dissagree with , I can see the logic in it. The majority of gun owners are good people law abiding and welcome at my house anytime. There are others that I don't want to be around them when they have a gun. I still back the second amendment all the way. riggerrob 643 #57 February 27, 2016 ....... (edit: I think "no Gun zones" in general are really stupid. Though I'd have to support a property owner's decision to have it in place and would respect it on their property. I'd still think he's making a stupid choice.) ................................................. What if a farmer posts (numerous) signs - on his fences - saying "No hunting on XYZ Ranch?" kallend 2,148 #59 February 27, 2016 piisfishIf I ran a business and didn't want guns inside, I surely wouldn't want guns in cars on my parking lot. But I would have a safe where gun carriers could deposit their guns during work time. To me a gun in a car is a big no-no. Cars get broken in too easily. Guns must not be stolen. About 300,000 guns are stolen every year in the USA from law abiding citizens who are willing to report the theft. After cash and jewelry, guns are criminals' favorite target.... Perhaps a legalistic one like an old school baptist, catholic, mormon, JW, 7th day adventist, church of Christ goer. gowlerk 2,275 #70 February 27, 2016 Quote like I would if I were having anal sex with another man, for example. It's only a sin if you enjoy it! But seriously, is it okay for you to partake in sodomy if it's with a woman? There's a law against that you know. Somewhere in some religion. It seems to me sodomy is forbidden, and who it's with is not mentioned much. Remember that when the humming starts.Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
