Coreeece 2 #5 November 10, 2015 Why is Texas color-coded with an F, when they got a D- ...same thing with ND and VT. Also, how is North Dakota raked higher than Texas when they scored lower on the test? What stands out to me the most is the difference between Michigan and Ohio.
