Someone here was in a tank safety course and they dropped/hit several tanks and none of them actually discharged.

It's just that Obama wants to take our battle tanks. Then only the criminals will have tanks. Why? when cars and swimming pools kill more people than tanks. We've always owned armoured tanks and have never had any problems.
