Some use the unrest of a nation, some use a busted pipe line or oil rig to create fear in the oil markets. Some use the fear of something like this or Y2K. Say if you knew 100% they were faking this if you could find out what their angle was to profit off of it. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone.
