Plus, this was a worker for a huge corporation. I can't name any of my friends who were drug tested for a job here in CO, myself included. Careers range from accounting, IT, health services, graphic design, personal trainer for a national chain, banking, etc. Most (most) employers don't give a shit, and acknowledge they would probably lose most their workforce if they started testing. rehmwa 2 #5 June 15, 2015 Certainly if a company wants to enforce a policy like that, they will need to take a look at the work force pool and decide if they are willing to pay extra for a 'clean' worker. Or, on the other side of the opinion, if the policy might be a selling point for working there. Or even decide if they want to enforce only for certain job descriptions. etc ...
