jclalor 12 #77 April 17, 2015 RonD1120When paranoia is shared with others it is a group characteristic and reinforced by the members. It must be bitterly disappointing, as you grow older and older, realizing that deep in your heart, your whole world view is wrong.
RMK 3 #78 April 17, 2015 Anvilbrother LMFAO, you have never lived in the south during a major hurricane have you? I’ve lived in the US south (on the coast) during a major hurricane – I’ve seen many. You’re correct in being prepared for something that is likely (even remotely likely). But ISIS training camps in the woods of south Georgia? We’re the ones LMFAO. That area has probably the highest concentration of “Backwoods Billy Bobs” that you will find in the US. I doubt you will find such camps. * notice I didn't use the term "redneck" as many on here view it as a term of endearment - I've mended my ways"Pain is the best instructor, but no one wants to attend his classes"

You talk about deniers/paranoid preppers/war mongers/etc. I have a term for you also its called being a bully. Now you're just sticking your fingers into your ears and singing 'na-na-na I can't hear you'. I haven't said anything about Ron being a prepper. I have only talked about the fact that there is no evidence for ISIS camps in Mexico or Georgia - a subject that Ron started a thread about, which (in case you don't understand forum behaviour) is a pretty clear indication that he wanted to talk about it. When you start a thread on an open forum you invite responses and there is no guarantee that everyone responding will agree with you and no obligation that they do so. Given what you accused me of saying you have clearly got someone else's posts mixed up with mine and now you're refusing to admit it - instead plowing on with, for reasons known only to yourself, trying to act like a giant asshole. To turn your own questions around, what is it to you if I want to point out to Ron that his sources are fake, or his logic is shaky? How does that affect your day? What compels you to be mean, abusive and shouty about it?Do you want to have an ideagasm?

DanG tried to clarify that with you in post #47. You replied to that post but did not offer any clarification - in fact you played along with the interpretation of Islamic training camp = terrorist. normiss 886 #86 April 17, 2015 It's like there should be a place, a forum if you will, for people to discuss things, even when the disagree. If only there were such a place...hmmmm.
Andy9o8 2 #87 April 17, 2015 RonD1120I did not say there were ISIS camps in GA. I said there were two Islamic training camps in GA. It looks like you equate the two terms. Google the phrase "Islamic training camps in" and Google's auto-complete offers the options "South Carolina", "Georgia" and "Alabama". Keep going and the resulting hits are the usual suspects of the paranoid viral right-wing nut job blogosphere. I mean, as if Islamists would situate their "camps" in the one region of the country whose population is virtually guaranteed to be the most hostile to Muslims. Really, Ron, please: this is silly and, yes, paranoid.
masterblaster72 0 #89 April 17, 2015 Anvilbrotheryou go out of your way to belittle him and attack his ideas. Desperately hoping and praying for the world to be consumed in death and destruction deserves belittling, and that has nothing to do with being a bully. Be humble, ask questions, listen, learn, follow the golden rule, talk when necessary, and know when to shut the fuck up.

Anvilbrother 0 #91 April 17, 2015 I never stated you called him any of those things in this thread. You clearly have a history with Ron, and Normiss it goes clearly above the normal bantering of a "debate", just search Jakees name and the term Ron. Its pointed out many times to your face you are unfairly shitting on ron outside of the normal debating tactics of liberals. Im just tired of seeing everyone gang up on a dude, and think most of it stems from his belief in god, so they feel the need to come in and take a dump all over him on unrelated matters just because of it. FYI I do not believe in any god, and am not a prepper, and just the other day unfriended a guy who is a prepper because he was spouting some conspiracy about Jade Helm 15/Walmart/Martial law, so dont think im just siding with Ron, im just sticking up for him. normiss 886 #93 April 17, 2015 I recall his desire to see the non believers swimming in their own blood, but I'm not skillful enough nor interested enough to search for that post. It IS what devout christians hope for. All of us should be able to discuss that. It's a given we won't agree. Disagreeing with your beliefs is not attacking you IMO. Learn how to accept a disagreement maybe? I have no issues whatsoever with his or anyone's beliefs. When they are put out in public on a discussion board, what would you expect in the way of a discussion?

Here you go, from #55 in that thread if the shortcut doesn't work. If you're asking for exact wording for a prayer of death and destruction then you don't know the mentality of born-again Christians, or you're just looking for a cheap cop-out. You're welcome. RMK 3 #96 April 17, 2015 RonD1120You are certainly more adept than I when utilizing Google for research. How would you phrase the inquiry for a Google search on Islamic training camps? Using “+” between words or putting full phrases in parenthesis are the two most useful search tricks. See following: http://www.lifehack.org/articles/technology/20-tips-use-google-search-efficiently.html Another good trick for international searches is to follow the url with “ncr” which means “no country recognition”. Then it won’t default to your home country; useful to find prices on stuff in other countries. Example: typing in www.google.com will automatically change to www.google.co.uk if you are in the UK. Typing www.google.com/ncr forces the browser to search the US Google site (this works with many sites)."Pain is the best instructor, but no one wants to attend his classes"

Ron has repeatedly claimed that the return of Christ is eminent. I'm sure you're pretty well versed about all of the suffering, death and destruction that is the prequel to the second coming. When you're a biblical literalist, it's no secret what you're hoping and praying for. You sound just like a moderate Muslim defending an extremist one.
