But when he sold that Chevrolet Tahoe in July 2014, it had roughly 80,000 miles on the odometer, according to public records obtained by POLITICO under Illinois open records laws. The documents, in other words, indicate he was reimbursed for 90,000 miles more than his car was driven.

"Two years from now he'll be successful, if he's not in jail."

I just did a search and saw photos of him shirtless.

I am coming up with another rule: if a male politician has photos showing off his abs he's a scumbag. Shock can now join Weinerdude. Which is also weird. A Republican with a money scandal and a Democrat wth a sex scandal. Just weird.
