Anvilbrother 0 #27 March 13, 2015 Does it not still meet the definition of being shot? A bullet left a barrel and stopped in his face. I dont care how it got there, or where it ended up that is no joke on a health and legal standpoint. You dont get less years in prison for shooting someone in the scalp vs parking a .45 in someones brain. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Andy9o8 2 #28 March 13, 2015 I feel compelled to speak out. I resent the shooter(s) being referred-to as a "gunman". Is there any evidence the shooter was a man and not a woman? Women shoot guns, too. Some women even give themselves firearm-themed screen-names online. So as presumptions go, it's really kind of nutless.

I did, however refer to the shooter as "he", but I was taught "old school" grammar, where singular subjects are attached to singular pronouns (can't use "they" with a single shooter) and that the male "he" is used primarily. It can be interchanged with "she", but in the case of gun crimes, the shooter is predominantly male. Whether it's part of the upbringing (men use guns, men use force to solve their problems, men "don't take shit" from the cops) or male vs female "wiring" (testosterone being one of the bigger factors) is a good question. But I'd bet very heavily that the shooter was a guy. "There are NO situations which do not call for a French Maid outfit."
