RMK 3 #1 March 5, 2015 You would think that literally having “sizzling” in the name (i.e. sizzling fajitas) and then noticing when it’s brought to your table that it is making “sizzling” sounds would be enough to dissuade you from putting you face in it – apparently we need warning labels for the evangelical types: http://time.com/3733475/man-cant-sue-applebees-fajitas-burns-praying/"Pain is the best instructor, but no one wants to attend his classes"
D22369 0 #2 March 5, 2015 When I was young which is before the 'sue everyone for anything' mentality really got going we lacked safety warnings on many things and we got along just fine without them, we rode in vehicles without seatbelts, rode motorcycles without helmets didn't put our fingers under a running lawn mower, if we dumped a cup of hot coffee on our laps (who hasn't?) we jumped up cussing but realized it was our fault... I am just waiting... sooner or later someone will damage their eye with a fork in a diner somewhere and sue as the establishment did not inform them that forks have a pointy end... whatever happened to getting hurt doing something ridiculous and or negligent and saying ....damn that was a stupid thing to do...cant believe I did that! some of the things I see in print these days leads me to believe that humanity is losing IQ points at a rapid rate...They say I suffer from insanity.... But I actually enjoy it.

I'd say this case is pretty comparable to that. Fortunately however, was thrown out by the court AND the appeals court. I have no problem with people suing for anything, as long as they end up getting charged the costs if its a dumbass lawsuit like this one.Never try to eat more than you can lift

I'm guessing you figured evangelical because those are the ones you hate the most? I used the term “evangelical” as a catch-all moniker referring to religious types in general – he was praying; he’s obviously religious. As for the etymology of his name to deduce his nationality/religion, I’m not really interested. The point was the dumbass action of putting his face directly over of hot/sizzling food that is spitting grease; I surmise he was being thankful for what he was about to receive. While you are handing out theology lessons, did your Hindu reference not raise the thought that most Hindus are vegetarians – without the beef/chicken, it’s really just a cast iron griddle with onions and peppers (would not really do much “sizzling”). ps: I can’t be bothered to Wikipedia neither the exact meaning of “evangelical” nor statistics on the Hindu population of New Jersey (though whilst channel surfing, I have seen episodes of MTV’s Jersey Shore – it seemed to portray NJ as fairly Hindu-free)"Pain is the best instructor, but no one wants to attend his classes"

Consider yourself blessed that I'm not so much a pedant as your fellow Brits. RMK The point was the dumbass action of putting his face directly over of hot/sizzling food that is spitting grease Part of the appeal was that the court assumed this to be a fact. RMK While you are handing out theology lessons, did your Hindu reference not raise the thought that most Hindus are vegetarians – without the beef/chicken... Yes, of course...but I was forced into and raised as Catholic - I make it a point to eat a triple cheeseburger every Friday during Lent. Excuse me for expecting any less from a fellow "caste" if you will. RMK I can’t be bothered to Wikipedia with the exact meaning of “evangelical” How about not using that fucking word then?
