BIGUN 1,488 #2 December 13, 2014 I'm not sure I understand your concern. If the SSA did a better job; there'd be no attorneys representing people against the behemoth. Same thing with the VA... They're going to throw it into appeal so the clock stops ticking against them and then the only way to get it out of stuck is to have a legal crow bar. You don't really think the VA wraps it up in the published 178 days, do you?
