How about I'll accept it at face value, after it has been reviewed by 7 different investigative panels, when you accept the first 7 reports on Benghazi at face value? For the record, what I saw of the video, I took it as a joke. A piss poor joke.

GeorgiaDon 380 #8 December 2, 2014 Seriously? Are you really that humor deprived? It's an obvious joke, a play on "vote early and vote often". It sometimes seems to me that conservatives only see humor when it involves inflicting pain on "takers" or small animals. Perhaps after they get done disenfranchising everyone who doesn't think or look like them they'll get around to reviving burning people at the stake. Now that was good old-fashioned family fun! Anvilbrother 0 #9 December 2, 2014 Its not a fucking joke the Democrat Mayor of Opelousas Donald Cravins was caught advocating voter fraud at a Mary Landrieu private event in which is son the Chief of Staff for Mary was present also.... The facts are a politician with ties to a Senator in a runoff election outright told people if they voted early, to vote again tomorrow, that there would be no harm. He also stated to elect the new D.A. who would not prosecute voter fraud. Are you ok with that???? Forget the presentation of the video here have another look http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2014/dec/1/video-democratic-la-mayor-encourages-voter-fraud/ QuoteA conservative political action committee released a video Monday on YouTube allegedly showing a Democratic mayor urging voter fraud during a recent private event for Louisiana Sen. Mary L. Landrieu. In the video, Opelousas, Louisiana, Mayor Donald Cravins Sr., whose son is Ms. Landrieu’s chief of staff, tells the event’s attendees to vote as many times as possible. “If you early voted, go vote again tomorrow,” Mr. Cravins is heard saying on the video, presumably made the day before the Nov. 4 elections and posted Monday by the Black Conservative Fund. “One more time’s not going to hurt.” Republican state Sen. Elbert Guillory, who narrates the video, called the comment “shocking, even for the sad swamp of Democrat politics here in Louisiana.” Louisiana GOP Chairman Roger Villere condemned Mayor Cravins‘ comments, saying, “It seems a shame that Mayor Cravins would even suggest that voters participate in the same politics of the past that landed many Democrat politicians in jail.” Former Rep. Jeff Landry, Chairman of the LAGOP Voter Integrity Program, issued the following statement following the release of the video: “Civil rights leaders, women’s suffragists and our nation’s veterans have sacrificed too much to let the despicable acts of desperate politicians cancel out the votes of honest, law-abiding citizens.” The Washington Times attempted to reach Mr. Cravins for comment but has not received a response. Yes there obviously isn't much doubt about what he said. The question is around why/how he said it. I, among some others, see the the why/how as an attempt at humour. You, among some others, see the why/how as something nefarious.
Anvilbrother 0 #11 December 2, 2014 If it was a joke why did he follow up and state for them to elect the new D.A. who would not prosecute voter fraud which was followed by cheers? What he said was not made as a joke his intent was voter fraud. Your spin on it, and the excuses for him here are a shining light on the lefts mindset. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. When you go to a movie, do you realize what you are watching is just storytelling? All that Star Wars flying around in spaceships, you do realize that was just fantasy right? A politicians image(as well as a public entity) is worth more than their work record and they take every precaution to not tarnish that image. What that Mayor stated would never have even been said even as a joke in a drunken state at a camp bonfire. Even more in an open venue private or not with the chance of someone filming it. Even if the vote early vote often was a joke, why follow it with the statement, "we are going to elect _____D.A. because he will not prosecute voter fraud"? That to me is what destroys your argument that it was intent and not just a joke. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Despite that I will ask you the same as the above poster.
