ryoder 1,590 #1 October 19, 2014 I just finished watching "The Fog of War". It was a 2003 documentary Errol Morris on the life of Robert McNamara. You can see it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nwXF6UdkeI4 McNamara is amazingly candid on some aspects of WWII & Vietnam. In googling afterward, I ran across something not in the film. It is McNamara's list of 11 mistakes the US made in Vietnam, (from his 1995 book): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Fog_of_War#Robert_McNamara.27s_11_lessons_from_Vietnam Too bad our clueless leaders are bent on making all of these same mistakes all over again in the Middle East."There are only three things of value: younger women, faster airplanes, and bigger crocodiles" - Arthur Jones.
