That video is disturbing on many levels.

The fact that the shooting is deemed to be justified is even more disturbing.

Because the south side of Chicago is a fucked up cesspool of gang warfare it is ok for the cops to shoot an innocent man in the toy section of WalMart?

Both are tragic reflections of current society. Both indicate that change is required. Unfortunately without drastic measures and a long time frame, there is no answer.
