Which goes back to the original question of "What rights do non-citizens/ Illegal aliens get?" From Kallend's post I think he wants to give MS 13 members a gun as soon as they cross... I don't believe the framers of the Constitution had my wants in mind when they wrote it. Apparently you don't think the Constitution means what it says....
