Very helpful. You're a great asset to the forum.

Here's what I think. You are young and relatively inexperienced. I was a lot like you when I was younger. I was a staunch conservative, largely because that's how I was raised. Once I got out into thee world, traveled some, saw how the other half lived, and met different people, I moderated my views considerably.

Hopefully you'll realize some day that it's okay to be open minded. "Liberals" aren't evil. They might even be right every now and then.

Man shot 8 times for holding a 3 inch knife at the back of an empty street car. Cop first called for a taser and stated the situation could be contained, but then fired 8 times and killed the man. Cop was charged with second degree murder and is awaiting trial in 2015.

Thanks and im not a conservative. I'm libertarian if anything. Only registered conservative to vote in primaries. I have agreed with liberal topics here, and agree with them on things like women's choice on abortions, gay marriage, ending the wars etc. It's the bullshit fear mongering things like always posting shit about cops like they are the worst problem I america and will not stop until they kill us attitude that kills me the most here. We have bigger issues.

Murder is murder. There should be no amplifying one over the other.

I disagree. When the people charged with preventing/investigating a crime are the ones committing the crime, it is a more urgent problem than the crime committed by regular people. That's true if we're talking about murder, or any other crime.

That's why I said make and educated guess. I will wait I'm working a 48 hour shift. Please go dig though Wikipedia and find the shootings. Judge each one for yourself and come up with a number. Search the Internet come up with something on your own. I did and it goes in the face of what you are saying.
