I love how they tried to describe this one as particularly sinister, while an equally secret set of Karl Rove SPs distributed 325M (8 x as much as being talked about here) in 2012. The only recipient it spelled out was an offshoot of Obama's reelection campaign. Doesn't sound like SPECTRE to me, while we see Koch bros contributing to efforts that are fairly destructive to all but them.
