Set a standard that is reasonable for all and if a woman can hack the training... being treated the same as any other trainee without the usual mysogynistic good old boy bullshit that serves to make it far harder than for a similar male trainee.

I would say the training is harder for the majority of the pussies who could never hack the training anyway yet would denigrate any woman who would even try.
