OOO OOO I know!!! I saw this on Numbers a few months ago!!! The "vandals", who are actually Columbian Cartel members, are taking out substations around the city so the local jail will have to user their backup generator. When they need to refill the fuel tank, the Cartel sends in a trojan horse tanker truck filled with mercenaries who will attempt to break out the Cartel leader's son who was stupid enough to get arrested in San Jose.
Don't worry tho, Mr math wiz will figure it all out just before the escape attempt and his bro will save the day!!
