Whether it started out as urban legend or not, it is clearly real now. People are being arrested for assaults and stating that they were playing this game. Therefore, it is now real. You can debate how wide-spread the 'game' is, but not the existance. Once someone articulated the rules and another person 'played', it was real.

I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet..

But do you think it would be appropriate to just remove all of the warning labels and let nature take its course.
