K-k-k-k-K-oh! Mmm actually the mandatory sentencing guidelines for crack are much worse than they are for cocaine. Some would say this is because your banker is more likely to have cocaine, while the brothers are more likely to have crack. They're probably right, too. Cocaine is pretty much just a slap on the wrist comparatively. In an event, the correct response is not "Yeah, it's crack. It's great. It gets you really high." For future reference. In case anyone ever asks you about that.I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?

Andy9o8 2 #9 November 20, 2013 Anyhow, this mother-fucker is one of those who voted in favor of drug-testing people on food stamps. Here's a better idea: drug-test every legislator who votes in favor of drug-testing. Better yet, being in the US Congress is a form of welfare. If people in need of food should be drug-tested; if employees in every job description in corporate offices, safety-related or not, is being drug tested, then every elected legislator in the country should be drug-tested, too. Oh, and the mayors of D.C and Toronto, too. .

When I was in the Military I would have been fired and thrown in jail. Now I would just get fired. Maybe politicians should get fired and banned from public office. davjohns 1 #19 November 21, 2013 Just donated another specimen last week. Government employees are supposed to be tested on a random basis. I doubt legislators participate. They're special. I'm not in favor of testing welfare recipients. Just another expense. I would much rather make drugs legal, tax them, and save all that money we throw away on 'enforcement'. Now, making them do a little work for the check...I'm for it.I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet.. But do you think it would be appropriate to just remove all of the warning labels and let nature take its course.

A felony conviction there would have stripped him of his right to vote in his state. I wonder if he will now be a strong proponent of reducing coke down from a felony in the lone star state. As a Nurse, every job I have applied for I got drug tested, it seems like a good idea.
