Tink1717 2 #2 November 17, 2013 I'm pretty sure that you can find shit like this for EVERY president. If there were anything to the conspiracy, it would've surfaced by now.Skydivers don't knock on Death's door. They ring the bell and runaway... It really pisses him off. -The World Famous Tink. The point I was making was that there is always a segment of our country that can not simply disagree with a President, but claim that they are traitors and criminals who deserve what ever they may get. I guess 50 years ago the idea of a Catholic being President was enough to drive some people to be bat shit crazy.

He wanted to dissolve the Federal Reserve System, and he opposed the Vietnam buildup. LBJ wanted the opposite. Wouldn't it be nice if someone involved with JFK's death spilled his guts on his deathbed. No matter. He would be labeled a nutcase.Do your part for global warming: ban beans and hold all popcorn farts.
masterrig 1 #5 November 17, 2013 I've often wondered if, it could've been a coincidence that there was another shooter, that day and not a 'conspiracy' at all. From watching films of the assasination, Kennedy was shot from behind as well as in front. I doubt we'll ever know the truth. Chuck

This technique has been used by the present administration quite nicely. Remember the allegations of treason because a group of Republicans in Congress decided to use Constitutional authority? It shut down the government because they wanted a one-year delay of the individual mandate of the ACA and it was called treason. The term "Tea Party Traitors" has been thrown around quite frequently. (Now, of course, the Democrats want it.) Both sides are equally adept at throwing "treason" out there. I used to hate the Republicans most because they were in charge. Now that there's a democrat in charge, I get very concerned when those who have opposing political views are branded as traitors. My wife is hotter than your wife. I joined DZ.com in the final months of the Bush administration, I'm pretty sure back then, as now I posted some pretty negative things about Bush. I also remember one of the first threads I started was on the bull shit of Michael Moore and his movie "Fahrenheit 911" It drove me crazy to see one small fact in that movie weaves into a huge mi-truth. While I may have hated Bush, I knew that his master plan was not to destroy this country. I think he truly believed his policies were in this countries best interest. http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?do=post_view_flat;post=3328196;page=1;sb=post_latest_reply;so=ASC;mh=25;

And I feel the same about Obama (though so much of how I despise him is how completely opposite he is to what I thought he would be. I dislike him for alll the reasons I disliked Bush - because they have the same damned foreign policy and police-state domestic policy. It's getting worse because he's trying to portray competence. I think that the President really believes that the ACA is good for everybody. But that's the problem - there is no such thing as good for everybody. My wife is hotter than your wife.
