Yeah, though that guy was adopted by the Sanduskys, not their flesh and blood. I'm not sure that would have made a difference anyway. :|

To put it in a different perpective-

I am out driving and I see a car clip a guardrail and flip over. I dont stop because I dont want to get involved. There are no other cars around.

The driver bleeds out and dies.

Should I be laible for civil damages?



If you kept driving to make a hell of a lot of money then yeah I'd imagine you'd probably end up paying.
