One part of the ACA law stated that any plan in place on the day the law was enacted, would be grandfathered

The law also gave many dept under the executive branch the power to define what an aceptable plan was/is. These department wrote the minimun standards after the law was passed. That is why the policy cancellations are showing up in mail boxes nation wide. The Obama admin created this, Why does he not fix it

All of this applies to anyone NOT under a union collective barganing agreement. Union health plans or policies, even if tweeked, remain grandfathered

1) In a perfect world neither happens, in my version of the world, there are no guns.

So that isn't quite right. I accept that women may be raped and do not believe an armed population will stop that from happening.

2) I don't wish that it costs you more.

I think it's ironically funny.

I find irony in the fact that it appears only the people who vehemently hate Obama are having these horrible experiences with the ACA.

3) I would support a game rigged in my favor, or a level field, but I wouldn't support a game rigged in favor of someone else.

Its telling, very telling. It's also nothing but redistribution of wealth under the guise of health care. You end up being punished for working all your life and planning for a future. Their will be no room for charity or exceptions for children or the elderly. We will all be under the same government healthcare. This is just the beginning.

What's next? BHO will be coming for our 401Ks or savings accounts? He will eliminate the middle class, the dollar will worth less than toilet paper, and who knows who will be living in our houses. Hard to imagine someone who wants this great country to be like Cuba or Venezuela, but the emperor know best.

There might be some invisible behind the scenes puppet master.

But the face of power is Obama, and that is who the boss is for all relevant discussions on trash talking the boss.

I've never been in politics but I have had plenty of jobs. I can't think of a single one that would allow you to publicly trash the people above you with no consequences.
