Unprofessional, Whiny, and a Liar.

Frank Pallone - What a stand up 12 year old.

Not only was his little temper tantrum unnecessary, it was wrong. He lied.

Here is what he said.

This shows is how childish he is.

Here is the truth.

The GOP and Dems trolling each other. How about that?

GOP: "This violates HIPAA." - actually, it probably doesn't.

Dems: "The GOP is just trying to scare you." - maybe, but using a scare tactic to denounce a scare tactic is doubly repugnant.

I haven't used the website, but I understand that all they really want is your financial information so they can decide whether to soak you or subsidize you.

If there IS any health information on it, then yes.

I watched Colbert fill the App out using one of the helpers. They didn't ask him any med. questions, or make him get naked (to his sadness).

Turtlespeed, you said in the other thread that you tried to sign up for Obamacare. In the process did they ask you for any health care info? (Pre-existing conditions, general health, pregnant wife, medications, etc...?)

Or were they just trying to get your bank account info and tax statements? (Also supposed to be protected, but not HIPPA)

They asked if I used tobacco, they asked if I was hospitalized recently, they asked if I had any of the listed below, Diabetes Type 1, Type 2, COPD, etc, etc.

That certainly passes the threshold where HIPPA comes into play. Now if you could insert those questions without named account information, then no (though I would take to flush cookies first).

Right.

Or use a internet cafe'

But likely that could be tracked too, if they really really wanted to.

Like the code says, and nowhere do you see it, not even in the terms of service and agreement, there is no illusion to the fact that your privacy will be violated and your data compromised.

***I'm still trying to understand why you violated a hippo.

Why would you want to know that?

He was trying to make a joke. If you think he is funny, maybe you will use him as your lawyer when you sue the government for violating hippo's...:)
Or at least join in his class action law suit. He stands to make millions...
