Growing up We were told the World is running Out of Oil, we will need a Gas mask to Breathe the Air.The water will be poisond.
Now, L.A. has never been Cleaner,there are No more Smog(snow) Days.

the new regs will also kill natural gas plants, the same plants that the enviros love (they conveniently forget that the gas is coming from fracking which they also don't like), all they're being asked to do is CO2 sequestration, Woo Hoo - have fun with that

bring on nuclear, the envioros haven't figured out how to stop this yet but they're working on it

at the samw time almost any government construction project is 2-3X over budget and months/years behind schedule the private sector is building nuclear on budget and on schedule
