If this is associated with the garden of eden nursery close to my house they have a diverse collection of plants. I purchased a huge desert rose from this place for 25 bucks. Although its so awesome I think they made a mistake.

I was heartened to see that they listed other circumstances where SWAT has moved in, like raiding producers of whole milk and Amish farms. Other places that may be subject to SWAT raids include:
(1) Bowling alleys that are suspected of improperly sanitizing rental shoes;
(2) Organic composters who don't have CO2 credits; or even
(3) Guitar manufacturers who use Indian Rosewood legally purchased. Oh wait...

Ya know if it was just the tall bushes and okra plants I could see you thinking this show of force was a little over the top but they also had a piece of siding missing from their house not to mention several other nuisance complaints.
Doesn't look like this sort of thing is going to stop happening any time soon.

Unfortunately I understand why they are so Dbaggy.

If my job involved interacting with people who are more than likely armed I would want to go in hard and fast as well.

Lets face it. When there are nearly as many guns as people in a country, LEO is going to do what they have to in order to make sure they have the upper hand.

I don't think a piece of siding being loose in and of itself is sufficient justification. Now, all that plus a loose gutter or downspout? Now it's accelerated to gross neglect. Suppose the gutter fell and hit a child on the head? Won't someone think about the children?
