Why is no one saying anything about the 4500 Americans and 1mil+ Iraqis that have died via ILLEGAL wars (occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan)?? Or the 100+ children that die everyday JUST from hunger (not including disease)?? But, nooooooooooo, there's no ROI in staying out of wars... 1913, folks, do your research. And how else to fuel the fire than to press the idea of racism via a random murder case.. If the US government was really interested in halting murder they would start with a finger in the mirror. Don't believe in racism. Acknowledging the idea provides support, like fuel in the fire. It creates unnecessary separation amongst WE THE PEOPLE. The only separation should be between the oppressors (supporters, employees of the government) and the oppressed (freedom fighters). Will a conviction of Zimmerman provide change in anyones life not involved? No. Will doing something to stop illegal wars and the relentless bullying that the US gov does around the world affect you personally? You bet your ass it will... The STATE DEPARTMENT involved in our banking (investors seat amongst the 'board'), the STATE department involved in our transportation (3 biggest vehicle manufacturers) and the US will soon have its first STATE DEPARTMENT ran city - Detroit. What does that have to do with 1913? Just an example so you can understand exactly what happened to America when they went BROKE! Any history majors in here? In 1913 the US government (much like the cities of Detroit, MI, Stockton, CA, and Harrisburg, PA) filed for bankruptcy - they were flat broke. When the banks or the big 3 went broke, did they cease operation? No. They searched for investors and restructured the management, as ANY BUSINESS has the option of that's going broke! If you see a business going broke you have the option to step in, approach the owner about an investment loan under whatever your circumstances would be. Who were the investors then? Without increasing the size of the target on my head, I'll point out the most easily proven one - the Federal Reserve! In 1913 it was bankruptcy protection that lasted until 1933... Which what happened at that time? Yep, the Great Depression... Because the country didn't have a dollar. When the Federal Reserve stepped in and wanted collateral for the billions of money they loaned to the government to keep them afloat, what happened then? In 1936? Social security was created and EVERY CITIZEN was pledged as collateral for the loan. Don't believe me? Look on what you would commonly refer to as the dollar and you'll see it says "Federal Reserve Note." That was the day America was bought out by investors and became a corporation, hence why the CEO (president) doesn't make changes that benefit the people without benefitting the board of directors (investors seeking their ROI). And what better way to increase your ROI than to move in to other countries (Iraq, Libya, and now Syria) and press the newly re-defined American version of "democracy" (quite similar to the Stasi methods of Eastern Germany) to millions of people who wish to live free from the corporation. It's quite similar to the prison-for-profit system within the boundaries of (un)America - citizens of any country under any American form of democracy are clients to the establishment whether you want it or not. And so many people are wasting their time protesting about one person who got murdered!?!? That alone shows many things, including but not limited to, selfishness, arrogance, hypocriticalness, and ignorance. Anyone ever play any of those old style computer games like Civilization, command and conquer, Starcraft, or any game where you have multiple players and the objective is to dominate the map to win? What do you find is the best strategy, to go all out gung-ho against your opponents right from the start, or do you wait around a little while to let a few of them battle each other while you pile up your intel and arsenal? Creating separation is your intention. One opponent who accumulates too many allies is a threat. In this case, what are some things they can press on to the people to create separation and distraction to do what they want? RACISM IS A GOOD START!!! Sexism, homophobia, and any other idea that can be detrimental to a healthy and free society could fit here as well. Be racially 'aware', meaning acknowledge that the idea is alive, yes, but don't add to the fire by believing it or supporting/creating separation amongst WE THE PEOPLE...
