Anaheim Police Department is one of the best funded police departments in the country. The beauty of it is it's funded pretty much entirely from the bed tax of local hotels which is only fitting since the vast majority of the work they do is tourist related.

It all works out. Locals get a great PD. Tourist industry is happy with results. Out of towners are paying a small portion of their vacation money to fund it which means it's a net influx into the economy.

I have no issues with it.
