Actual knowledge is so difficult to show. I think that what is clear beyond any reasonable doubt is that the governments of the time put extreme pressure on the intelligence agencies to find evidence that weapons were there, not to find out whether they were there. I don't see any other way to explain such ludicrously shoddy work by competent and professional organisations.

Carla Del Ponte told an Italian-Swiss TV station that the findings come after interviews with doctors and Syrian victims now in neighboring countries.
