I have the solution says the democraft: let people in Detriot proper keep their illegal guns and meanwhile take all the guns away from people in the state of Michigan, including those who participate in shooting sports. Further tax the Michigan resident property owners. Make it so burdensome they won't want a gun.
Sue the teacher for hurting the youth who obvousily are still affected from slavery, give millions to the deceased family and a free education to the remaining perp, and let him play NFL football at 10m per year. Poor black kids for being taken advantage of by a gun wielding teacher.
